Mexico Tourist Card - This needs to be filled out for arrival. They will pass the forms out on the plane but you can do it at home and print it out if you don't want to have to dig through your bag on the plane for your passports etc. If you want to do it at home here is the link:
Tourist Tax - As of April 1, 2021 tourists to Quintana Roo (Cancun/Riviera Maya area) will be required to pay a tourist tax. This is approximately $11 per person after conversion. You can pay this in cash at the airport on your departure or you can pay it in advance online. Here is the link:

Here is a diagram of the Cancun airport for arrival. Your trip includes transfers and the transfer people will always be outside of the airport. DO NOT STOP OR TALK TO ANYONE IN THE TIMESHARE AREA. They are very tricky and can make you think they are your transfer company and you'll end up paying for transfers again. Always follow the instructions included in your documentation.
